Regarding Russian Spam Post and Its Email Notifications

this is Yanagisawa, the administrator of the website for the 36th alumni.
This email is also part of our testing to handle spam posts, so please excuse the English.

I apologize for the recent spam post notifications you received, which seem to originate from Russia. Despite having anti-spam measures in place on our website, new spam posts are still getting through.

We plan to implement additional measures soon to prevent spam post notifications. However, it is possible that these efforts may not be completely effective. If the number of spam posts becomes excessive, we may consider reverting to a system where posts require administrator approval.

I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and ask for your understanding and patience.
